Information about the companies

“AFINĂ VSh” SRL established on November 5, 1992.
“TERACADAS” SRL established on August 14, 1998.

The companies’ main activities comprise: designing of all kinds, direct supervision by the designer, topographic mapping of any complexity, geodesic support for construction, projects of territory management and the whole complex of works related to creating and keeping records in the land cadastre.

In 1996 – 1997 “AFINĂ VSh” SRL participated in a “Tacis” pilot project on conduction of land contests, geodesic measurements of land lots and elaboration of projects of farms' territory management.

In 1997 – 2000 participated in the implementation of “Pămînt” project - mass privatization of agricultural lands in Republic of Moldova. Our enterprise was drawing up projects of farms' territory management, executing and issuing documents confirming ownership of land. During 1997-2000 works have been performed for 140 000 holders of land ownership – circa 400 000 documents certifying land ownership have been executed.

2000-2006 “AFINĂ VSh” SRL and “TERACADAS” SRL take part among the leading enterprises in the process of implementation in Moldova of the «First Cadastre Project» - conduction of mass registration of real estate objects, project financed by the World Bank.

2007-2008 participated at the European project aimed at prevention of floods in Romania. In the light of this project our companies carried out topographic mapping and bathymetry of over 300 km of rivers such as Buzau, Crisul Negru, Crisul Repede.

“AFINĂ VSh” SRL and “TERACADAS” SRL companies have a modern material and technical basis and qualified personnel.

The main personnel of the enterprise consists of a strong team of designers, geodesists, land surveyors, legal advisors, geoinformation system programmers.

Our geodesist engineers and designers have broad personal experience in carrying out designing and of geodesic works at construction of motor roads, communications lines, installation of gas conduits, mine surveying, civil engineering.

The material basis of “AFINĂ VSh” SRL and “TERACADAS” SRL enterprises comprises modern computer equipment, software, printing and copying devices, geodesic equipment, transport, communications, etc.

The geodesic department is equipped with new two-frequency tachometers GPS Trimble and electronic tachometers SOKKIA and Trimble. Our software and qualification of our personnel allow us to create digital topographic and cadastral plans and maps of territory, settlements, engineering services, as well as to develop projects of farms' territory management. Our databases of legal data can contain all required information concerning owners of land lots, land lots, constructions and installations, allow printing out documents of ownership and can be adapted to any legislation.

We also gained wide experience in conducting topographical mapping, which can prove useful for elaboration of projects of settlements’ gasification, laying communication lines, water pipes, sewerage, etc.

The facilities of our enterprises allow carrying out geodetic, land surveying and cadastral works on up to 5–6 thousand real estate objects per month - hundreds of hectares and tens of kilometers.
